This document defines the rules (hereinafter called Regulations) for the provision of electronic services by Proexe Sp. z o.o. al. Warsaw at al. Koszykowa 61b 00-667 Warsaw, hereinafter the Service Provider.
Regulations - this document specifies the conditions of using the Service Provider's Services by User.
User - a person who uses the Service available on the Website on the terms set out in regulations.
Websites - the Service Provider's website is www.proexe.co, www.worklyft.io or any other website owned by Service Provider.

All services are provided free of charge, they are available to anyone over 18 years old who visit Service’s Provider websites.

If the Service Provider doesn't fulfill its obligations as stated in these Regulations, or performs them inconsistently with these rules, you're entitled to complain.
To submit a complaint, email biuro@proexe.co. Your email must clearly describe the problem you're complaining about.
The Service Provider will review your complaint within 30 days of receiving it in the correct format. If the review will take longer, the Service Provider will explain why and provide an estimated resolution date within that 30-day period.
We'll send our reply to the email address you gave us. In rare circumstances, we might use a different communication method (like regular mail).
The Service Provider won't consider complaints that arise from not knowing the applicable laws or these Regulations. Also, if you don't follow the proper complaint procedure, your complaint might not be reviewed.

The Service Provider isn't responsible for any damages you might experience while using our services unless the Service Provider intentionally caused them.
Additionally, the Service Provider holds no liability for damages resulting from using the services in a way that violates applicable laws, public morals, or these Regulations.
These Regulations became effective on 10.06.2025 and are accessible at www.proexe.co and www.worklyft.io
The Service Provider may update or introduce new Regulations. We'll notify you of any changes or new regulations via email.
New or amended Regulations will take effect 14 days after we notify you, unless you choose to terminate your electronic service contract as outlined in these Regulations.
Polish law applies to these Regulations.
